Processing begins with a unique process, protected by a non-disclosure agreement, which includes soaking, steam cooking, dehulling, and drying, balancing multiple legumes together.


In our recipes, we also use gluten-free and soy-free ingredients, spices, and flavours, paying attention to quality and nutritional properties, selecting them with care.
